Cannot Create Officer Accounts?

On the .com site, you can create officer accounts, ostensibly protecting the main account, although I have no idea if there was any difference in permissions.

Anyway, is there a way to create officer accounts with this one?

Well that is a relief, at least it can work.  I see no way to attach an image here, so let me upload it to our site and link it here

Where you the one that initially set up the server?  The screenshot you linked above is what an officer accounts admin tab looks like.  Make sure you are signing in with the information that was originally entered when the server was set up.  This is when you went to the URL like www.mydkp.com/webdkp/setup  Even if you wipe the server and start over I believe it remembers the original setup username and password in your MYSQL database.  You may need to wipe out your database and everything to start over from scratch if you don't have the original sign in information.  Someone else may be able to help you further on how to recover the information.

Good eye!  Yep, I had forgotten that when I set up the site I immediately created an officer account and started using it to make awards, in order to protect the admin account.  Then apparently, I immediately forgot I was using an officer account. 

I just logged in with the admin account and everything is as it should be.  Thanks!
